Movement is my language and the body is my guide. As an Integral Wellness and Movement Coach, specializing in Yoga, therapeutic Pilates, anatomy and massage techniques, I accompany people to reconnect with their body from a conscious and deep perspective.

It is focused on rehabilitation, injury prevention and improving physical well-being. It is based on controlled and personalised movements that strengthen deep muscles, improve posture and increase joint mobility. With a gentle and progressive approach, it is ideal for people with chronic pain, injuries or physical limitations.

Nidra Yoga

Also known as mindfulness, it is a guided meditation and relaxation technique that induces a state of deep physical, mental and emotional calm. This practice helps to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, balance the nervous system and encourage introspection.

The body is my guide and movement is my language. Through Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, therapeutic Pilates, massage and somatic therapy, I listen and understand the deep needs of the body to guide you towards your natural balance.
